With each hand I felt my feet increasingly grounded. The need to control, the fear, the panic are consequences of the lack of presence. And this work treats the cause and not the symptom, and this is why it has been an intense and rewarding process.
There’s no shortcut. You need to face it and go through it, include fear in the path. All that we deny, increases. Through each hand I am redefining my fears.
It was necessary to remain still to understand the importance of being here.
